According to Medical News Today Anger Management is "Anger is a natural emotion that every human and many non-human animals experience. Mild forms of human anger may include displeasure, irritation or dislike."
So when you feel like breaking something, or hitting someone you can just take it out on the brick. Because I doubt a brick would feel the pain you cause it. A brick can help you get through your depression. :D
